Dear Family Members,
Happy Holidays to all of you!  I hope you and your families are 
doing well.

This time of year families are spending time together and this
is a perfect opportunity to discuss the next Cetchuk-Mason 
Family Reunion.  Please share this with all of your family 
members and talk about it!

Elaine, cuz Diane, and I have gotten together to formulate an
plan to move the next reunion forward. But before further plans
can be made we need to know how many people are interested in 
attending the next reunion.  To that end, please complete the 
attached survey and return it to your family contact by Jan.31st2009.

One of the goals is to ensure that we give everyone an opportunity
to attend the next reunion. By planning for June 2010 we hope to 
accomplish this. I estimate that there are about 110 members in
our family. However, in order to research and secure a proper 
facility we need to know how many members are committed to attending
this event. We cannot book a facility estimating that 85% of the
family will attend, only to find out that 50% are attending. It is 
understood that other commitments and circumstances will arise 
between now and June 2010, however, if you indicate that you will
attend, the expectations is that you will make every effort to do so.

Finding a suitable facility is not an easy task! Most facilities 
suitable for family reunions are only available during the spring or
fall. Therefore, the suggested dates are the weekend of June 18 or 
25th 2010. If you have any suggestions regarding a facility that 
you think would be appropriate please provide a web site link or 
contact information. Check out your local summer camps, boy/girl
scouts, or sport camps.

The family contact is to be chosen by each family. To coordinate
this process and get the ball rolling I'm asking the following family 
leads - David, Diane, Elaine, and Brenda to assist in this regard.
Thank you. Once the family contact has been determined the contact 
will have the following responsibilities: ensure all family members
have received this communication; gather all the survey information
for their entire family; return the results to me by February 15th;
review the attached contact information spreadsheet, update and 
return to me.  Thank yo all for volunteering!
